Giving vakOS a graphical surface

The July build moved vakOS's prompt and stream into a graphical shell. Arrival, waiting, returned output and errors now had visible states. The question shifted from whether a request passed through the system to how someone stayed with it while it was happening.
I kept the prompt available and treated motion as an acknowledgement of change. The reduced-motion view needed to carry the same information. A person should not have to wait for an animation to finish before continuing their thought.
This was an interface milestone. The generation path still used a deterministic provider, and a useful tool's full lifecycle was unfinished. Making those gaps visible gave the next build something particular to answer.

Later shell study, 27 September 2026: proposal, result and error states share a persistent prompt. Browser capture of the product interface with simulated backend responses and synthetic data.
